No matter how often i visit imdb.com or tv.com for the schedule of my tv shows.
I usually miss something n it comes out n then every1’s talking abt it n I’m like it NooOO, DOWNLOAD it for me [I'm on Dial-Up]
so on this site u can select all the tvshow’s u wanted to b updated on… clikc on Create RSS, add it to the RSS Reader n Kapish no more worrying…
there is even a contact address where u can email the tv show not on the list n it get’s added 
[man this is going to make me lazy ]
